COAS General Asim Munir urges unity for a peaceful, prosperous Pakistan
Chief of Army Staff General Syed Asim Munir highlighted the pivotal role of minorities in Pakistan’s progress and nation-building while celebrating Christmas with the Christian community at St. Joseph’s Catholic Cathedral Church in Rawalpindi. The event, held in the spirit of inclusivity and harmony, underscored the values of compassion, generosity, and goodwill that unite Pakistan’s diverse society.
General Munir acknowledged the remarkable contributions of minorities, particularly the Christian community, to Pakistan’s cultural, social, and economic development. During his address, General Munir paid tribute to Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah, the founder of Pakistan. He lauded Jinnah’s visionary leadership, determination, and steadfast commitment to the principles of Faith, Unity, and Discipline.
