Imran Khan has fully empowered negotiation committee for talks with political parties; Zartaj Gul

Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) leader Zartaj Gul announced that former Prime Minister Imran Khan has granted full authority to a specially formed negotiation committee to engage with all political parties. The decision aims to address the political and legal challenges faced by the party amid the country’s tense political climate.
Speaking on a television program, Gul revealed that the committee includes Omar Ayub, Hamid Raza, Salman Akram Raja, and Asad Qaiser. Imran Khan has entrusted Omar Ayub with managing political affairs and empowered the committee to independently decide on whom to approach and how to proceed with negotiations.

Gul shared details of her recent visit to Adiala Jail, where she met Imran Khan during a seven-hour trial session. “The discussions were detailed, focusing on the legal hurdles and political challenges confronting PTI,” she said.
Khan reportedly expressed deep sorrow over the loss of PTI workers and emphasized the importance of legal expertise in navigating the ongoing challenges.
Criticizing the current political environment, Gul stated, “Bullying politics will not work anymore. The government must demonstrate seriousness and a willingness to engage in dialogue.” Despite facing additional legal cases, Imran Khan has reiterated his commitment to resolving issues through discussion.
